Ufberg & Winkler Concert Series

Included in this series are the Al and Leah Ufberg Memorial Concert, endowed by their children, Margie and Murray Ufberg, and the Ethel and Williams Winkler Concert endowed by the late Dr. Harry Lyons and his wife, Irene and the late Herbert Winkler and his wife, Barbara. Yoga

Yoga involves holding stretches as a kind of low-impact physical exercise and is often used for therapeutic purposes. Yoga in this sense often occurs in a class and may involve meditation, imagery, breath work and music. THURSDAYS AT 5:15 PM Yoga class is every Thursday at the Friedman Jewish Community Center.
