(Almost) Any Fruit Upside Down Cake Different from the canned-pineapple upside down cake of yesteryear, this cake lends itself towards any fruit that cooks up well (any fruit you would make a pie with).  Kids love the freedom in this recipe and the exciting reveal after baking – that moment of turning out your cake and seeing a gooey, caramelized, fruit topping!

An overnight culinary camp in Copake, NY, BHEC is offering free, live cooking workshops to our community through their initiative, VirtualJCC.org. The Jewish Virtual Culinary Center is BHEC’s response for the need to build community and connection with interactive programming during these challenging times. Workshops are run over Zoom by Culinary Camp Director, and professional chef, Adam SaNogueira. Participants will receive the recipe with ingredients once they have registered for a class.
