Grab your mat and join us on ZOOM for “Yoga You Can Do” on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM with Theresa Novak
This is a nurturing, slower paced, well-supported practice that incorporates techniques to support and improve the immune system as well as stretching and strengthening the body. There is a special emphasis on balance, the breath and meditation. The participants will experience standing, forward folds, balancing, kneeling, as well as seated, prone and supine floor work. Grab your yoga mat, cushion, block and strap (if you have them) as we will be paying lots of attention to joints and muscles that are in need of some tender loving care.
