Dear Friends:
At our upcoming Jewish Community Alliance of NEPA Annual Members ZOOM Meeting on Sunday, November 15, we are taking time out to appreciate and thank our Super Volunteers. We pause to recognize the power of volunteers and their profound impact on advancing our Mission, while improving our agency, strengthening our community, and changing our world.
I would like to single out two of our most dynamic volunteer leaders, Paula Chaiken & Jane Messinger. Looking at them, you immediately understand what volunteering is all about. They care so deeply about our agency. Thank you, Jane & Paula, for being an inspiration to us all.
For the past three years Paula among all her other volunteer positions, has been such a devoted and hardworking force by preparing, editing, and distributing our weekly Eblast. Thank you so much for the immeasurably valuable work you have provided for our Jewish Community and beyond! We have not thanked you enough and want to let you know that your dedication is essential to the work that we do.
Jane, while others work their way towards being different, you strive towards making a difference. Your passion and energy are unparalleled, and I respect your spirit of volunteerism immensely. Your work in creating a fabulous website for the Friedman JCC and keeping it updated and current can be at times a full-time job. We are so very grateful to have your support and help. Thank you for being so selfless with us and for so many in whose lives you make a tangible difference.
Thank you both for being tireless volunteers and setting an excellent example for us all. I appreciate you both immensely.
Sincerely,
Gary Bernstein
Chief Executive Officer
