• Learning correct exercise form, Functional Strength, Conditioning, Core Strength, Flexibility, Balance, Weight Loss, Proper Nutritional guidance to achieve desired goals of each individual or group.
Speed & Agility:
• Running Form, Overall Running Speed, Acceleration, Conditioning, Lateral Quickness, Linear Speed, Sports Specific Goals, and Agility.
