Spring Market hours will be 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Please read and agree to the following:
● This is an indoor Spring Market.
● Smoking will NOT be permitted in or around the center.
● I understand that I am solely responsible for load in, set up, and breakdown of my assigned space.
● I understand that I will not load in/set-up prior to 7:30 AM on March 21, 2026.
● I understand that I will have my assigned area completely cleaned and trash removed from this area
prior to 3PM on March 21, 2026.
● I understand that there will be no refunds of vendors fees for this event for any reason.
● I understand that the organizers have the right to limit and/or deny any vendor application for any
reason, especially Brand Exclusion or inappropriateness. (All applications are approved on a first
come, first serve basis).
● I understand I am not guaranteed a specific location at the event.
● I understand that full payment is due with my application and that I am not guaranteed placement at
the Market unless both my application and payment are received by March 15, 2026.
● By signing this agreement, I will not hold Friedman Jewish Community Center liable for any damage,
loss, theft, or injury of any nature to myself, my agents/employees, my products and/or display.
● Any business partaking in this event assumes any and all liability to their business.
