In April of 2023, the Friedman JCC staged its fourth Tribute Gala event attracting over 170 people as we honored Lori Nocito and Leadership Northeast.
Our committee led by co-chairs Cathy O’Donnell and Karen Kalna Blum were simply fantastic.
A warm thanks to our planning committee who worked tirelessly implementing this fundraising event. They included: Sheila Saidman, Laurie Schwager, Camaryn Lokuta, Shana Messinger, Taly Kornfeld, Tom Molloy, Jim Brogna, Cassidy Taylor, Jessica Cronauer, Terry Deitz, Debra Taylor, Erin Krofchick, Rob Friedman & Greg Fellerman.
What a remarkable evening it was.
We had a great time dancing to the sounds of SOULED OUT and had the pleasure of hearing our co-chair Karen Blum sing accompanied by WBRE News Anchor Nick Toma on the drums.
People didn’t want to stop at 10pm. They certainly would have stayed later for sure.
Erin Crofchick from Bank+Vine and her staff were all fantastic. Smiling and serving and keeping everyone happy.
The food was delicious, and the JCC was shining. Thanks to Bob Hunt, our facility director for getting the Cohen Social Hall, Lantz Lounge and Lobby in great shape.
Special thanks to Dave Kayton, JCC Executive Board member for assisting us with the clean-up and then reset the room for the Wedding Extravaganza that took over the Social Hall the very next day.
Thanks to our Chairs, JCC Staff, Amanda Coolbaugh, Bob Hunt, Katie Sugarman and of course Barbara Sugarman for devoting so much of their time and energy in making this event the best it could be!
