Dear Friends,
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Rick Evans. His decades long leadership left an indelible mark, not only on the culture and growth of the JCC, but also through the personal connections he fostered with countless individuals across the Jewish community and beyond. Those who knew him consistently describe him as “a real mensch,” and there is no doubt, Rick was truly one of a kind.
As we honor his memory, it is clear, the outpouring of adoration and heartfelt condolences from everyone in our community who was touched by his life will undoubtedly ensure that his memory serves as a blessing to us all.
