Spend the day discovering new ways to move, recharge, and feel your best! Friedman JCC Wellness Day brings together fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, healthcare, and holistic wellness for an interactive community event.

Explore our Wellness Marketplace, take part in fitness classes and demonstrations, hear from local wellness experts, and discover resources to support your health and well-being.
