Dance for PD is a is a fun, uplifting movement-based class that is beneficial to people at all levels of Parkinson’s Disease (from mild to those confined to a wheelchair). Each class uses uplifting music, guided imagery, vocalization and movement exploration in ways that are enjoyable, stimulating and freeing. Benefits also include the improvement of posture, core strength, balance and coordination. Dance for PD class is a place where people come together
