Everyone can learn to draw! Move beyond the stick figure by learning how to “see” the way an artist does to draw realistically. In this 6-week class we’ll learn the basic elements of art and have fun as we sketch and draw objects from life. This class is geared for beginners but is also a great refresher course if you haven’t drawn in a while. Continuing classes will be offered in the new year.
Monday nights, 6:00 -8:00. October 14, 21, 28, Nov. 4, 11, 18
Price: $225. (JCC members $210)
Supplies: Students will need to purchase supplies for class (approximately $30).
Pre-made packets of the necessary supplies will be available at Marquis Art & Frame, 122 S. Main St, Wilkes-Barre. They have generously offered our students a discount.
