Schedule for Yoga on Zoom:
Monday at 10:00am – Chair Yoga
In this class we will focus on slow and intentional movements to warm up, stretch and strengthen your torso, arms and legs. There are some standing poses with movement but you can remain in your chair if necessary. I also use techniques to support and improve the immune system such as Energy Medicine, EFT tapping to enhance meridian flow and calm the nervous system. There is a short sound meditation and inspirational reading at the end of the class.
Tuesday through Friday at 10:00am – Yoga you can do
This is a nurturing, slower paced, well-supported practice that incorporates techniques to support and improve the immune system such as Energy Medicine, EFT tapping as well as stretching and strengthening the body. There is a special emphasis on balance, the breath and meditation. The participants will experience standing, forward folds, balancing, kneeling, as well as seated, prone and supine floor work. Grab your yoga mat, cushion, block and strap as we will be paying lots of attention to joints and muscles that are in need of some tender loving care. There is a short sound meditation and inspirational reading at the end of the class.
