Barre Class

When: September 6, 2022 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Where: The Friedman JCC

Using a combination of Pilates and the ballet barre or chair, the Barre class focuses on the glutes and core. This class does require floor exercises on the mat. Work muscles you didn’t even know that you had!!

Low Impact Cardio Dance

When: August 29, 2022 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm
